Session ended at 2:07 AM earlier today. Thanks to Senator Migz Zubiri for keeping an open mind in accepting amendments that have improved the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL). BBL now is more constitutionally compliant, more fiscally responsible. The Bangsamoro government will be
