AN ACT LIBERALIZING THE IMPORTATION EXPORTATION AND TRADING OF RICE LIFTING FOR THE PURPOSE THE QUANTITATIVE IMPORT RESTRICTION ON RICE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
