An Act Exempting The Sale Of Real Property In The Exercise Of The State’s Power Of Eminent Domain From The Payment Of Capital Gains And Documentary Stamp Taxes, Amending For The Purpose Sections 24 (D) And 199 Of Republic Act No. 8424, As Amended, Otherwise Known As The National Internal Revenue Code Of 1997′
