AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE MANDATORY PHILHEALTH COVERAGE FOR ALL PERSONS WITH DISABILITY (PWDs), AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7277, AS AMENDED, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “MAGNA CARTA FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITY”

This Act which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 1391 and House Bill No. 8014 was passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on December 10, 2018.
