An Act Removing The Conditions For The Condonation Of All Unpaid Income Taxes Due From Local Water Districts, Amending For The Purpose Section 289-A Of The National Internal Revenue Code, As Amended

• Allows a greater number of LWDs to benefit from the true intent of the law by removing the conditions for condonation prescribed under R.A. No.10026, to wit: (1) the BIR establishes its financial incapacity; and (2) its submission to Congress of a program of internal reforms, duly certified by the LWUA.
