AN ACT INSTITUTIONALIZING THE ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM IN BASIC EDUCATION FOR OUT-OF-SCHOOL CHILDREN IN SPECIAL CASES AND ADULTS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

This Act is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 1365 and House Bill No. 6910 was passed by the Senate of the Philippines on October 6, 2020 and the House of Representatives in a special session on October 16, 2020.
