AN ACT ESTABLISHING REFORMS IN THE REGULATION OF RENTALS OF CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL UNITS, PROVIDING THE MECHANISMS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

This Act, which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 1949 and House Bill No. 214, was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on 20 December 2001.
