An Act Modernizing Healthcare And Health Infrastructure, Providing Funds From The Annual Value-Added Tax Collections, Amending For The Purpose The National Internal Revenue Code Of 1997, As Amended

• Allocating the entire PCSO Charity Fund (30% of the PCSO net receipts) for the National Health Insurance Program administered by the Philhealth for universal coverage as well as improving its benefit packages
• Inclusion of the equivalent amount in the General Appropriations Act (GAA) as a Special Purpose Fund.
